Tasting Notes:  Light & airy with a persistent, tight bubble. This sparkler exudes the expected & desired, but muted, yeastiness from the Chardonnay. The Colombard adds a delightful mid-palate full of white peaches and d'Anjou pears, while the Pinot Noir provides a lovely, textured finish and boosted aromatics.

Amadio 'White Label Chardonnay 2017

Tasting Notes:  The creamy texture leads to rich layers of nectarine, Kishu mandarin, fleshy white pear, and a touch of spicy notes in the finish. The acid is fresh but not overly prevalent due to aging prior to release. This all leads to a very well-balanced Chardonnay with a persistent, mouth-watering sensation that invites you back glass after glass.

Grafted 'Willamette Valley' Pinot Noir 2018

Tasting Notes: The nose is unmistakably Willamette Valley as echoes of pomegranate, forest fern, and a touch of river rock emanate from the glass. As the wine opens on the palate, the bright acid dances as flavors of ripe cranberry, blood orange zest, and muted plum layer harmoniously. The finish carries the slightest touch of white peppercorn and a little more of the aforementioned forest ferns.
