Vintner Rob McDonald masterfully created this Angel Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon and is classic in its expressive dark plums and berries, cocoa, igneous minerality, and black cherry skins. The subtle coaxing of leather, tobacco, and baking spices are all the work of 30 months maturing in new and used French oak. In the end, Angel Ranch is meant for all – and needs no occasion.
