Pairings: Feta & spinach salad, ramen, grilled squash & zucchini, triple cream brie, artic char, or sauteed shrimp pasta in a white wine cream sauce.
Winemaking: Grapes were handpicked from select vineyards all within the coastal regions of Napa & Sonoma. Once picked, the fruit was whole-cluster pressed & fermented at 52°F in stainless steel fermenters.
