With its cool, mild climate, the Willamette Valley of northern Oregon produces Pinot Noir with a fruity, elegant style and complex yet subtle flavors. Most of the grapes are whole-cluster pressed for this rosé providing acidity and elegance. highlighting the best pinot noirs we can find from multiple areas of Oregon, Grafted is able to bring together a harmonious composition that highlights what Oregon Rose of Pinot Noir can be. The very first sip is alluring, but the entire experience is one that will change your opinion on what Oregon Rose truly can be.
Composition: 100% Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Young raspberries and a hint of ocean air perfume from the glass. More raspberry in the glass is met with textured orange oils, a variety of stone fruits such as apricot and white peach, muted rose petals, and a clean minerality. The quenching acid in the finish will keep you coming back to the glass again & again.
Pairings: Lovely with Chinese-styled fried rice with bok choy, pan seared rainbow trout almondine, brunch, and crisp days outdoors.

The remainder comes from the saigneé (the red wine run-off from the initial pressing or crush of grapes) Pinot Noir tank providing additional fruit and some structure. The wine is fermented at cool temperatures and aged on fine lees before blending & bottling.
